Why was my reward not approved?
Rewards can be withheld for quality reasons. Here is what we check.
Every reward is checked before it is approved. A reward may be withheld or reversed if:
- answers were rushed, copied or inconsistent;
- the research client rejected the completion for quality reasons;
- a VPN or proxy was used, or the country on your account is not where you live;
- more than one account is used by the same person.
If you think a reward was withheld by mistake, raise a request under Payments and rewards. We will review it and explain the decision.
