How do I get a copy of my data or delete my account?
Use your privacy choices page or raise a privacy request.
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account and data, withdraw consent or nominate someone to act for you.
Use the buttons on the Your privacy choices page, raise a Privacy and data request here, or email privacy@healthchorus.com. We reply within one month, and making a request is free.
