A survey closed or stopped working
What to do if a survey ends early or shows an error.
Surveys close when they have enough answers, so a survey can sometimes end before you finish.
If a survey stopped working or showed an error after you had answered most of it, raise a request under Surveys and studies. Include the survey name, the date and a screenshot if you can, so we can check it with the client.
